How long does it take to launch?
Most sites go from discovery call to live on your domain in a few weeks, not months. You’ll see and approve the design before anything goes public.
Do I actually own the site?
Yes. It’s built on your domain and it’s yours. Not a template you’re renting. If you ever leave, the site and its content are yours to take.
What is IDX / MLS search, exactly?
IDX (Internet Data Exchange) lets your MLS’s live listings appear, search-ready, right on your own site, instead of sending buyers off to Zillow or Realtor.com to search. Every search and lead stays on your brand.
Can I keep my existing domain?
Yes, we build on the domain you already own. If you don’t have one yet, we’ll help you pick and set one up as part of the discovery call.
Does it work with my MLS?
The IDX tiers integrate with IDX Broker, which connects to the vast majority of MLSs across the US. We confirm your specific MLS and any data-access requirements on the discovery call before we start building.
How does billing work?
Two simple bills. Propiela charges the monthly service fee for your site. Design, hosting, maintenance, content and support. On IDX tiers, IDX Broker bills you directly for the MLS data connection ($60–$99/mo plus any MLS board fee). We set up your IDX Broker account for you and it stays in your name, so your MLS data relationship is yours, not locked behind us.
